Testimonials

I have had a professional working relationship with Simon Parker for over ten years, we have delivered many successful construction projects over that period for key clients such as The University of Birmingham.

Simon is extremely knowledgeable and insightful in all construction matters including cost planning, construction management, procurement and conflict resolution. He is trustworthy and professional, I’d have no hesitation in recommending Simon to any potential client.

We have worked closely with Simon over a number of years, on some very prestigious and challenging projects in the West Midlands. He always conducts himself in a professional manner, dealing with issues and finding equitable solutions that suit both parties.

He is firm but fair, both commercially and contractually and will always engage positively

I would gladly work with Simon In a similar position.

Having worked with Simon in his role as Commercial Director for Galliford Try, we found him to be an essential member of the project delivery team.

Simon’s approach is proactive. He seeks to find solutions, and compromise enabling the project team to maintain focus on delivery.

Simon is a good communicator, willing to raise and discuss issues in order to seek conclusion rather than rely on others.

He has an excellent understanding of the contractual relationship between Contractor and Employer coupled with a sense of what is right and fair, giving a balanced sensible approach.
